The 44mm cushion-shaped case is polished stainless steel, substantial without being excessive, and anchored by Panerai's signature crown-protecting lever bridge — a functional detail that's become one of the most recognizable design elements in watchmaking. The dial is Panerai's classic sandwich construction: a layered, cut-through design with luminous backing that gives the Arabic numerals and indices a depth and glow that flat dials simply can't replicate.
